Indeed
For five years I worked as a creative in Indeed’s in-house creative team. During this time I had the opportunity to work on large variety of campaigns ranging from brand to SMB for the US and global markets.
GLOBAL BRAND CAMPAIGN
Indeed wanted a big brand campaign that celebrated the unique skills every job seeker brings to the table. So we created a campaign that spotlighted the unsung heroes behind some of the world’s biggest accomplishments.
Indeed FutureWorks
In 2022, Indeed launched its inaugural flagship event, FutureWorks, in NYC, bringing together HR leaders, recruiters, and talent professionals from across the country to explore the evolving world of work.
My role was to translate the event’s content and ideas into engaging, memorable brand experiences. I led the creative development and design of activations including the Equal Pay Cafe and the Resume Mural, an interactive installation built from real resumes, turning data and insights into experiences attendees could see, engage with, and share.
INDIA SMB CAMPAIGN
India represented a significant growth opportunity for Indeed, but reaching small and medium-sized businesses required a nuanced understanding of the local hiring landscape. Many SMBs relied heavily on word-of-mouth and informal networks rather than traditional hiring platforms. The goal of the campaign was to connect with SMB owners and demonstrate the value of using Indeed to find the right talent.
We partnered with DDB Mudra to bring a local perspective to the work, drawing on insights from both job seekers and hiring managers. As Associate Creative Director, I led the creative partnership between the agency and Indeed’s internal teams, ensuring the work stayed true to the brand while authentically reflecting the needs and behaviors of the Indian market.
